Burn Fat and Improve Endurance
We use the MyZone heart rate monitor system to track your heart rate and effort throughout the workout so you can see yourself getting better every time. This will help you look forward to every session and have the endurance for outdoor activities or everyday life!
PROVEN Results
Your coach will assess you each month to ensure that you're progressing towards your goals. We use the same machine that professional sports teams use to accurately gauge your progress, tweak your plan and keep you motivated.
Convenient Meal Plans
We provide proven meal plans that are easy to start and flexible. 

With the Personal Training program, we provide the highest level of accountability to make sure you’re getting the progress that you deserve.
Yoga On Demand
Improve mobility and mindfulness by performing our virtual sessions as much as you'd like, wherever you'd like.
Convenient Times
We have a variety of 45 minutes sessions that you can choose between:

  • AM: 6:00, 6:55, and 8:05
  • ​PM: 4:00, 4:55, 5:50, 6:45

Marshall has been a coach for over 15 years and has a passion for helping people transform their lives through training and nutrition.

Marshall has earned the credentials of CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program Level 2) and Pn1 (Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1).
How Do I Get Started?
If you’re interested in experiencing the program, we would like to invite you in for a complimentary initial coaching session to talk about your goals, our program and see if we can be a good fit for you.
Please fill out the information below and you’ll be invited to try our 3 Session introduction program. The goal is to help you kick start your fitness and give you a full preview of our Personal Training program.
The cost for the 3 session introduction program is just $99.
After the initial program, our memberships start at just $359 a month for 2 days a week of Personal Training.
